Account identifiers such as your mobile number used for OTP sign-in.

Profile details you provide (for example name and preferences) when using the app.

Financial information required to operate the services you use — linked bank account metadata via Account Aggregator consent where configured, transaction history created on SLIXX, loan application fields you submit, and investment records created through SLIXX.

Device and security signals needed for PIN/biometric unlock, session binding, fraud prevention, and crash diagnostics.

Support messages and account-deletion requests you submit to SLIXX operations.

Your full card number, its expiry, its CVV or your card PIN. SLIXX is not permitted to store card data and does not ask for it. Where a partner needs a card number to identify a bill, it is entered at payment time and not kept.

Contacts stay on your device. SLIXX reads a name and number only when you pick someone, and only to fill in a payment you started. Nothing from your phonebook is uploaded.

To authenticate you, protect your account, and operate payments features, investment records, and loan application / eligibility discovery flows that are actually enabled.

To show balances, history, notifications, and support responses that belong to your account.

To evaluate loan eligibility and, only with explicit purpose-bound consent, share the minimum required fields with participating lending partners when those partners are configured.

To monitor reliability and security (analytics and crash reports without passwords, OTPs, or raw government ID numbers in logs).

We do not sell personal information.

We share data with service providers that power authentication, hosting, database, Account Aggregator bank-link, SMS OTP delivery, and — when configured — lending partners you explicitly consent to share with for a specific purpose.

Lending partners, KYC, bureau, e-sign, and disbursement providers remain unavailable until configured. We do not fabricate partner approvals or share data with a lender that is not configured.

We may disclose information when required by applicable law or to protect users and the platform from fraud or abuse.

We retain account and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Sensitive credentials (OTP codes, passwords, API secrets, private keys) are never exposed to client apps or logs.

Data in transit uses TLS. Server-side secrets stay on the backend; Android/iOS/Web client bundles must not contain service-role keys or partner credentials.

You can update profile preferences in the app and decline non-required consents.

You can request account deletion in-app (Profile → Support → Delete account). After verification we delete or anonymize personal account data subject to legal retention requirements for financial records.

You may also contact Support for data access requests where applicable law requires it.

Biometric unlock is optional and stays on your device; SLIXX does not receive your biometric templates.
